By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage with our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and content viewers.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access the website or use any of its services.

SECTION 2: ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you are of legal age and have given consent for minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
SECTION 3: PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Our product range includes home decor, lighting, furniture, storage and accessories, many of them made from natural materials such as rattan, bamboo, jute, seagrass and wood. All products are physical goods shipped directly to customers from our fulfillment partners.
We have made every effort to display the colors, images, dimensions and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reproduce product colors. Natural materials vary slightly from one piece to another in color, texture and size; such variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for return unless the item received is materially different from what was described.
We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
We do not warrant that the quality of any product, service, information or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 4: PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly by email.
SECTION 5: ORDER PROCESSING AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product under these Terms. Receipt of an automated order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. The contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after an order confirmation has been sent, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
SECTION 6: ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed, including correcting a shipping address, adjusting item quantities, removing a duplicated item, or cancelling the order entirely, you must contact us immediately at hello@siennadesign.shop. Because orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days as described in Section 5, we can only guarantee that a modification or cancellation request will be honored if it reaches us before your order has entered processing or has been dispatched to our fulfillment partner.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are no longer able to intercept, modify, or cancel it. We make no guarantee that a modification or cancellation request received after dispatch can be accommodated, and we are under no obligation to issue a refund, price adjustment, or replacement on this basis alone. Any such request received after dispatch will instead be handled, where eligible, under our standard Return & Refund Policy (Section 8) once the item(s) have been delivered, and will follow the same conditions, including that the item be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and returned at the customer's expense unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We encourage you to carefully review your cart, including item quantities, before completing checkout, as errors such as accidentally duplicated items are the customer's responsibility once an order has been dispatched. This section does not affect any non-waivable statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation you may have under the laws of your country of residence, as described in Section 9 (Consumer Rights by Country).
SECTION 7: SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipping takes 5 to 7 business days, so most orders are delivered within 6 to 9 days of purchase. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99 per order, shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. Sienna Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment partners. If any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are charged upon arrival, they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery Issues and Non Receipt Claims:
If your tracking information indicates that your package was marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, you must report this issue to us at hello@siennadesign.shop within 14 calendar days of the marked delivery date. Beyond this 14 day window, carrier investigation and claim periods expire; therefore, we will not be able to issue a refund, process a replacement, or open an official investigation for non receipt claims submitted after this time.
SECTION 8: RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30 day return window from the date of delivery on eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including items marked as final sale and items that have been used, assembled and installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
To start a return, you must first contact our team at hello@siennadesign.shop. Do not return any item without prior written authorization; unauthorized returns cannot be processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping costs are non refundable except in cases of our error.

SECTION 9: CONSUMER RIGHTS BY COUNTRY
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
SECTION 10: ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information on this website is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. We reserve the right to change the content of this site at any time without obligation to update it. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor any changes.
Our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping costs, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel any orders placed based on incorrect information, at any time and without notice.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for violation of any of the above.

All content published on Sienna Design website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and product photography, is the exclusive intellectual property of GDH LLC or its licensed content partners, unless otherwise indicated. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any part of this content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or provide access to third-party tools. These are provided "as is" without any warranties or representations on our part. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Legal Notice, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GDH LLC with respect to your use of the website and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
SECTION 20: TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by us. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
SECTION 21: GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the state and federal courts located in Miami Dade County, Florida shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your state of residence that cannot be contractually waived.
