Woven Storage, Vintage Spirit

Clip clasps, a domed lid, a silhouette with side handles: at first glance, this piece tells of an imaginary journey rather than a simple storage bin. The brown rattan suitcase toy box is woven by hand, which gives it a sturdiness years of play will not wear down. The rattan, worked strand by strand with a precise manual technique, absorbs everyday knocks without losing its shape or its color. Offered in 3 sizes, it suits a narrow shelf as well as a more generous corner of the room, and stores small toys or keepsakes with the same discretion.

Storage That Crosses Time

When a piece for children gets as much care in its design as an adult object, it naturally finds its place in the room rather than disturbing it. Hand woven in sturdy rattan with warm highlights, this brown rattan suitcase toy box borrows the codes of old luggage: rounded corners, a domed lid and a deep honey tone. The silhouette evokes travel and adventure, two worlds that speak directly to children's imagination. Set on a dresser or in a corner of the room, it hides small toys behind a hand woven rattan front that ages well and handles daily use.

Storage That Tells a Story

Set in a child's room, a rattan toy box changes the way storage is seen: it is no longer a chore but an object that belongs to the decor. With its retro suitcase look and hand woven curves, this box recalls the travel trunks of the past, the kind you wanted to open just to see what was inside. The warm, natural brown rattan blends into a country, seaside or boho mood without overdoing it. Over the years, the material gently takes on a patina and the box gains even more character.

Frequently asked questions

Which size should I choose?

S is 8.7 x 6.7 x 4.3 in, M is 10.2 x 7.1 x 4.3 in and L is 11.8 x 8.3 x 5.1 in: small boxes for figurines, cars, hair clips or crayons.

Are there other colors?

Yes, the same rattan suitcase box comes in blue, pink, white and brown, so you can mix colors on a shelf or match the room.

Is it safe for children?

It is a storage box, not a toy or a seat. Keep it on a stable surface and do not let children climb or sit on it.

How do I care for it?

Dust the weave with a soft brush or a vacuum brush attachment, then wipe with a barely damp cloth if needed. Keep it away from radiators and prolonged direct sunlight.
