Solid Bamboo, Natural Color

When you put your hands on this tray, the first thing you notice is the density of the bamboo: a material that is both firm and light, with golden beige tones that owe nothing to industrial varnish. The folding bamboo lap tray with a phone holder is made from stems selected for their strength, which gives it a sturdiness you feel from the very first use. Bamboo handles changes in humidity and everyday knocks well, without warping or dulling. Its natural color lasts for years, and because it needs few resources to grow, it is a sensible choice if you want low impact materials at home.

Folds Away in Seconds

Folds Away in Seconds

On the sofa in the morning, in a drawer in the afternoon: the folding bamboo tray keeps up with your day without cluttering your home. Its solid bamboo folding legs are precisely hinged, carefully assembled to stay stable in use and compact in storage. The built in phone holder keeps your device in view during a call, while following a recipe or watching a movie from bed. This practical detail is not an add on: it is part of the tray itself, which gives the whole piece a visual consistency that is rare on a bamboo lap tray of this kind.

Bamboo in Your Daily Life

Bamboo in Your Daily Life

A fast growing, naturally resilient plant, bamboo is stronger than it looks at first glance. Worked by hand into this folding bamboo lap tray with a phone holder, it stays light while offering remarkable stability over the years. Its natural golden tone and regular grain reflect the care put into each piece. Over breakfast in bed or a reading break on the sofa, the bamboo tray sets a gentle pace, resting on your lap or on an armrest. An honest, simple material that ages well and suits a natural interior effortlessly.

Frequently asked questions

How big is the folding lap tray?

The top measures 11.8 x 9 in (30 x 22.9 cm). It holds a phone or a small tablet on the stand plus a mug and a plate, or a notebook for working from the sofa.

How does the phone holder work?

A slot on the tray holds your phone or a small tablet upright at a comfortable viewing angle, so you can follow a recipe, take a video call or watch a show hands free.

Can I use it for breakfast in bed?

Yes. Unfold the legs and it stands over your lap on the bed or the sofa. Keep hot drinks near the center for balance, and fold it flat to store it in a drawer afterwards.

How do I clean a bamboo tray?

Wipe it with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap if needed, then dry it right away. Do not soak it or put it in the dishwasher.
