Naturally Filtered Light

Set on a side table or hung near a window, a candle slipped inside is enough to transform the room: the tight weave of the hand woven rattan candle lantern cuts the light into dancing patterns on the walls, with no artifice needed. It is precisely this diffusion through the weave that gives each evening a muted, calming atmosphere. The rattan structure lets the flame breathe while wrapping its halo in a warm beige and honey tone. A simple, concrete way to bring depth to a living room, a sunroom or a forgotten corner of the house.

Carried by Hand, Set Anywhere

A lantern travels with you: from the patio to the living room, from an improvised dinner to an evening in the garden, it follows you effortlessly thanks to its sturdy handle, woven in continuity with the rattan body. The hand woven rattan candle lantern holds a tealight or a pillar candle, which makes it perfect for spaces without an outlet, outdoor tables or evenings without power. The tight rattan weave shelters the flame from light breezes while letting a golden, moving light through. Easy to hang or set down, this rattan lantern is in place in seconds wherever you need it.

A Gift That Fits Every Style

Finding a gift that suits every interior is often a real puzzle, especially when you do not know the decor tastes of the person you want to please. The hand woven rattan candle lantern meets exactly that need: its warm neutrality lets it match a pared back interior as well as a more boho or natural mood. Each piece is woven individually, which gives it a unique character mass produced objects cannot offer. Giving a hand woven rattan lantern means offering a useful everyday object that carries real care in its making.

Frequently asked questions

How big is the lantern?

It measures 9.8 x 15 in (25 x 38 cm), easy to carry by its woven handle and to set on a table, a shelf, a windowsill or a step.

What candle can I use?

A tealight or a small pillar candle in a glass holder. Never leave it unattended and keep the flame away from the woven sides. A battery LED candle is the safest choice.

Can it stay outside?

Use it outdoors in dry weather, then bring it back in. Natural rattan and bamboo last longest under cover, away from rain and prolonged humidity.

How do I clean it?

Switch it off and let the bulb cool. Dust the woven lantern with a soft brush or the brush attachment of your vacuum, then wipe with a barely damp cloth if needed. Never soak natural fibers.
