Wood and Hand Woven Rattan

Resting your hand on the frame and feeling the soft resistance of the weave under your fingers: a wood and woven rattan headboard is recognized first by touch, even before it is looked at. Here, solid wood forms the frame, while the rattan is tied into it in a precise pattern, worked by hand piece by piece. The result is a surface both structured and warm, which fits naturally into a light toned bedroom as well as a bolder interior. Two materials, one coherence: nothing superfluous, just the rightness of an object designed to cross time.

An Assembly Made to Last

Behind every wood and woven rattan headboard, two materials complement each other with a simple logic: wood structures, rattan absorbs and breathes. Worked by hand, woven rattan grows denser over time rather than sagging. Wood, for its part, keeps its stiffness without warping over the years. The result: a piece you install once, which settles into your bedroom for good and whose strength never fails day to day. No need to replace it; it ages with you.

A Bedroom Balanced in Wood and Rattan

When solid wood meets hand woven rattan, the bedroom finds a rare balance between strength and visual lightness. A wood and woven rattan headboard does not just dress the wall behind your bed: it gives the whole room a natural coherence, without forcing a decorative effect. The hand weave adds a subtle relief the eye immediately recognizes as the work of a craftsperson, not a machine. Paired with raw linen bedding or light woods, this rattan headboard creates a calm atmosphere, where it feels good to start and end the day.
