Soft Light in Rattan Balls

Picture small balls of hand woven rattan, bathed in warm, golden light, hung above a table or draped along a headboard. The woven rattan ball string lights draw their uniqueness from this natural material, whose fibers, worked one by one, give each ball a relief and depth nothing industrial imitates. Whether they dress a living room every day or light up a covered porch for an evening, they spread a muted atmosphere without forcing the effect. An object made to last, carried by a strictly manual way of making.

A Soft, Hand Woven Light

Laid on a mantel, draped around a window frame or simply coiled on a console, the woven rattan ball string lights transform how light lives in a room. The small hand woven rattan balls spread an amber halo that warms the walls without ever straining the eye. Unlike factory string lights, each ball of natural rattan shows slight variations of texture and tone, proof of authentic handwork. These rattan string lights suit a boho interior as well as a more sober decor, where plant fiber brings a discreet, lasting visual breath.

Soft Light, Botanical Shapes

When evening falls on the porch, a few woven rattan spheres are enough to transform the mood outdoors. The woven rattan ball string lights owe their personality to the irregular weave of their little shades: each swelling of fiber lets light through differently, casting changing patterns on the walls no bare bulb could produce. Shaped by hand, each woven rattan ball has a natural grain of its own. These lights fit under a pergola as well as in a living room, carrying the quiet warmth of carefully worked plant materials.

Frequently asked questions

Which length should I choose?

S is 3.3 ft with 10 LEDs for a shelf or a headboard, M is 6.6 ft with 20 LEDs, and L is 13.1 ft with 40 LEDs to frame a window or a wall.

How is it powered?

It runs on AA batteries, not included. There is no cord to plug in, so you can hang it anywhere, on a wall, a headboard, a shelf or a window.

Can they go outside?

They suit indoor use or a covered porch. Keep them away from rain, since natural rattan and the battery box do not like humidity.

How do I clean it?

Switch it off and let the bulb cool. Dust the rattan balls with a soft brush or the brush attachment of your vacuum, then wipe with a barely damp cloth if needed. Never soak natural fibers.
