Woven Rattan for Every Room

Set on a bathroom or office floor, a well chosen trash can goes unnoticed as much as it serves. This woven rattan pedal trash can was woven to do both: a press of the foot is enough to open it, without touching the lid or interrupting what you are doing. The tight weave gives the rattan a solid hold over time and keeps visual clutter out of a living space. Sober in shape and neutral in tone, it fits a variety of interiors without trying to impose itself.

An Inner Bin to Protect the Rattan

Slipping a trash bag into a woven rattan pedal trash can without risking dampening or soiling the weave is exactly what the removable inner bin supplied with this model allows. Made of sturdy plastic, it lifts out in seconds to make changing the bag easy and to keep the hand woven rattan fiber away from any residue. This inner system extends the life of the weave and keeps the basket looking neat over the years. A practical detail designed so that daily care stays as simple as it is discreet.

A Bin That Changes Roles

Designed for the office, the bedroom or the bathroom, the woven rattan pedal trash can gladly lends itself to other uses than the one you first had in mind. Its hand woven body gives it a volume that makes it as convincing for paper recycling as for everyday waste. The tight rattan weave gives the piece a strength and hold that last for years without bending. You can move it between rooms as your needs change, playing freely with its function without ever sacrificing the harmony of your home.
