Hanging Wood Light

When light meets the grain of wood, it reveals what the raw material keeps alive. Our original wood and bamboo pendant light rests on precise shaping, where each curve is designed to balance structure and warmth. It fits a pared back interior as naturally as a room in more classic tones, without ever forcing the contrast. The natural wood finish, chosen for its grain and tone, gives this light an instantly recognizable character, ceiling after ceiling.

Wood and Bamboo, Filtered Light

Hung above a table or in a reading corner, the original wood and bamboo pendant light lets light pass through its openings, casting shadow and brightness on the walls that vary with the hour. It is the arrangement of wood and bamboo that shapes the perceived intensity, with no artificial diffuser. The worked wood keeps its natural stability and handles the warmth of an LED light without warping, for a steady glow over time. A wood and bamboo pendant that handles the lighting as much as it composes the decor.

Raw Wood, Confident Forms

Hanging a light also means choosing the material that will carry that gesture every day. Shaped from wood selected for its grain and density, this original wood and bamboo pendant light fits a pared back interior as well as a room with limewashed walls. The shape of the shade, worked by hand, creates shadows that bring the ceiling to life as soon as the light is on. Each piece shows slight natural variations, direct witnesses of handwork and of the uniqueness of wood. An object made to last, not only to please at first sight.

Frequently asked questions

How big is the pendant?

It measures 15.7 x 7.9 in (40 x 20 cm), a good size above a small dining table, a kitchen island or in an entry.

What bulb does it use?

It uses an LED light source. Choose LED, which stays cool next to natural fibers, in a warm white around 2700K for a cozy glow.

Does it work with US household current?

Yes. It is rated for 90 to 260V, which covers the standard 120V used in US homes, so it plugs straight into a regular outlet.

How high should I hang it?

Leave about 30 to 36 in between a tabletop and the bottom of the shade. Over a walkway or in an entryway, keep at least 7 ft of clearance from the floor.

How do I clean it?

Switch it off and let the bulb cool. Dust the wood and bamboo with a soft brush or the brush attachment of your vacuum, then wipe with a barely damp cloth if needed. Never soak natural fibers.
