Rectangular Woven Storage Basket with Liner

Set on a shelf or slid under a bench, a good storage basket is first recognized by the regularity of its frame and the strength of its edges. This rectangular retro rattan basket meets that everyday need with a tight weave made entirely by hand, where you can feel every crossing. Its straight silhouette fits standard bookcase shelves as well as a bathroom ledge, while its natural beige tone pairs effortlessly with most interiors. The rectangular shape makes the most of every inch, and the fabric liner keeps small items from slipping through the weave.

Storing things without weighing down the mood of a room is exactly what this rectangular rattan basket with simple lines and a tight weave allows. Natural rattan has the rare quality of fitting a contemporary interior as well as a house full of character, without ever looking out of place. Its golden tone, which time gently deepens, gives it a visual presence synthetic materials cannot imitate. Each basket is woven by hand in a regular pattern that shows the density of the work. On a shelf, a dresser or a desk, it organizes the space while giving it a warm, lasting coherence.
