Set this round of rattan on your coffee table and you will immediately see why hand weaving makes all the difference: each crossing of strands tightens the shape, stabilizes the rim and gives everyday gestures a base that is both solid and soft. The round rattan tray with a green leaf print pairs this careful construction with a base printed with green foliage, whose tones blend effortlessly with light wood, linen and terracotta. The natural beige of the woven rattan absorbs light instead of reflecting it harshly, creating a discreet presence around the objects it displays. For a breakfast corner, an aperitif tray or a decorative arrangement on a sideboard, it fits in with the same ease.

Rattan and Leaves, Every Day

Placing this leaf print rattan tray on a coffee table or a sideboard is enough to change the way a space reads: the botanical motif converses with the natural weave without competing with it. The circular shape echoes the rounded volumes of rattan and softens arrangements that feel too geometric. Each hand woven strand shows slight variations in tone, typical of pieces shaped by hand rather than mass produced. It is this harmony between the printed decoration and the raw material that gives the tray its strong character, with nothing more needed.

Rattan for Every Use

Holding fruit on the sideboard, setting a few books on the coffee table, organizing small everyday objects: a tray is useful far beyond decoration. Made by hand from natural rattan that is both sturdy and supple, this round rattan tray with a leaf print adapts effortlessly to every room of the house. Its printed botanical motif recalls the living material it comes from, creating a visual harmony that lovers of natural decor will appreciate. Durable and light to move, it suits a living room table as well as a kitchen counter or a bedroom dresser.

Frequently asked questions

How big is the leaf print rattan tray?

It measures 11.8 in (30 cm) across and 1.2 in (3 cm) high. It holds a breakfast for one, a few candles and a small plant, or a fruit display on a sideboard.

Is the leaf pattern printed?

Yes, the green leaves are printed on the base, and the border is hand woven rattan. The contrast between the print and the natural weave is what gives it its botanical charm.

Can I hang it on the wall?

Yes. Its flat, round shape works well as wall decor, alone or grouped with plain woven trays and baskets for a natural gallery wall.

How do I clean a rattan tray?

Dust it with a soft brush and wipe with a slightly damp cloth, then let it air dry. Avoid soaking it or leaving it in direct sun for long periods, which can dry out the fibers.
