Hand Woven Solar Light

When the sun sets, the rustic solar rattan lantern takes over without you touching a switch. Charged silently during the day by its built in solar panel, it switches on by itself at dusk to spread a soft light through its natural beige rattan weave. The iron frame ensures a sturdy hold, on a weather exposed patio as well as in an indoor hallway. No cable, no outlet: the lantern works completely on its own, powered only by daylight and shaped by the hands that made it.

Rattan and Solar in All Weather

Rain or strong sun, the rustic solar rattan lantern holds up outdoors season after season, thanks to its wrought iron frame that stabilizes the whole without weighing down the silhouette. The hand weave gives each piece a lively, slightly irregular texture industrial materials cannot reproduce. Set at the edge of the patio, hung from a pergola hook or placed on the ground to mark a path, it spreads a soft light as soon as night falls, with no battery to change and no plug. Woven rattan and solar charging make a practical pair here, serving an outdoor space you care for.

A Gift That Means Something

Finding a present that is both useful and carries a real decorative intent is often the puzzle of big occasions. The rustic solar rattan lantern naturally meets that expectation: it adapts to contemporary interiors as well as more country moods, without ever clashing with what is already there. Its hand weave gives it that singular character you do not find in mass produced objects. Given for a housewarming, a birthday or simply to please, it arrives with a story behind it, the one of hands that worked the rattan one piece at a time.

Frequently asked questions

How big is the lantern?

It measures 10.6 x 6.3 x 6.3 in (27 x 16 x 16 cm), easy to hang from a hook, set on a table or line up along a garden path.

How does the solar charging work?

The small solar panel charges the built in battery during the day, and the light switches on by itself at dusk. Place it where it gets several hours of direct sun.

Can it stay outside?

Yes, it is waterproof and made for outdoor use. Sheltering it under a porch roof during long rainy spells helps the natural rattan keep its color longer.

How do I clean it?

Switch it off and let the bulb cool. Dust the woven lantern with a soft brush or the brush attachment of your vacuum, then wipe with a barely damp cloth if needed. Never soak natural fibers.
