Soft Light in Woven Rattan

Picture, above your table or sofa, a rattan corolla that spreads a warm, filtered light as soon as evening comes. Our rustic woven rattan tulip pendant light is shaped by hand, each strip carefully crossed to form the botanical curve that holds the eye. Natural rattan, breathable and strong, gives the shade a lively texture synthetic materials cannot reproduce. Adjustable in height to suit your ceiling and room, it naturally finds its place in a living room, a bedroom or a dining room looking for authentic organic warmth.

Natural Rattan Shaped by Hand

Woven in generous curves that recall a tulip in bloom, this pendant owes its character to the quality of the rattan used: a supple plant stem, worked so that each strand follows the shape without splitting or warping. The weave is tightened in several successive passes, which gives the structure a discreet strength you only notice when you hold the piece. Hung above a table or in a living room corner, this rustic woven rattan tulip pendant light spreads light filtered through its weave, casting soft shadows on the walls that vary with the time of day.

A Muted Mood, Dimmed Light

When evening falls and the house becomes more intimate, the quality of light changes the whole atmosphere of a room. Hung above a table or in a hallway, this rustic woven rattan tulip pendant light spreads a soft, enveloping glow, filtered by the tight natural rattan weave. The shadows it draws on the walls help create a calming visual cocoon. Made by hand, it brings that touch of warmth synthetic materials never manage to reproduce, turning simple lighting into real atmosphere.

Frequently asked questions

How big is the pendant?

The shade measures 11.8 x 15.7 in (30 x 40 cm), a good size above a small dining table, a kitchen island or in a bedroom.

What bulb does it use?

It uses an LED light source. Choose LED, which stays cool next to natural fibers, in a warm white around 2700K for a cozy glow.

Does it work with US household current?

Yes. It is rated for 90 to 260V, which covers the standard 120V used in US homes, so it plugs straight into a regular outlet.

How high should I hang it?

Leave about 30 to 36 in between a tabletop and the bottom of the shade. Over a walkway or in an entryway, keep at least 7 ft of clearance from the floor.

How do I clean it?

Switch it off and let the bulb cool. Dust the woven shade with a soft brush or the brush attachment of your vacuum, then wipe with a barely damp cloth if needed. Never soak natural fibers.
